Supply Base Overview
MMA operates strategically located supply bases in Dampier and Broome.
MMA's Dampier Supply Base has a private wharf facility and ship repair facility capable of servicing the array of vessels engaged in offshore support activities. As such, MMA is in the unique position of being able to offer its clients in the North West Shelf the full gamut of marine logistics services, from vessel support and Supply Base services, to ship repair and maintenance facilities.
MMA's Broome Supply Base is strategically located to service exploration, production and construction activities in the Browse Basin. The Broome Supply Base is operated as an incorporated joint venture between MMA and Toll Holdings and is the subject of a rigorous redevelopment and expansion program.
To date, the Broome Supply Base has supported major exploration programs by leading oil and gas explorers, including Apache Energy, BHP Billiton Petroleum, Conoco Phillips, Inpex Browse Ltd, Murphy Oil, Santos, Shell Development Australia and Woodside Energy Ltd.
